Every other listing in Colombia shows you what somebody is asking today. OneHome shows you what the property genuinely changed hands for, pulled from the national property registry, plus every price it has been advertised at while it has been with us. Nobody in the country has put that in front of a buyer before.

The walkthrough
Photographs both of you agreed to.
Before you move in, the host photographs the home and you walk through it agreeing each picture one at a time. Disagree with one and you say why and add your own photo. When you leave, the same thing happens again. The originals can never be edited by anyone, including us — which means an argument about a mark on the wall is settled by looking, not by arguing.
